This map extracts all the schools, libraries and parks with archives in New York City in an attempt to find the neighborhoods with the highest quality of living for you. It gives you an analysis of the likelihood of land appreciation and neighborhood happiness from an infrastructure perspective.

In the map, you can clearly find the change in the number of people in the areas with different postal codes. The darker the color of the area represents the higher population density in that area. Also, the map shows the type and phone number of each school.

When the map is zoomed to Manhattan Island, it all becomes clear again—surrounded by better schools and open spaces. Although known as the borough with the highest floor area ratio in New York, it does not appear to be the most densely populated neighborhood.

The reason? A lot of office space takes up high-quality residential space and people are left to work rather than live in Manhattan.
